This will be a laid back adventure to Reed Harbor on Stuart Island, with plenty of time for nature hikes, campfires and relaxation in the company of fellow women boaters. Even if you’ve never skippered your boat alone, this may be the perfect chance to strike out on a new adventure with a supportive group of women at your side. It’s also a terrific opportunity to invite girlfriends who may not yet be members of the Yacht Club but who’ll appreciate a quiet weekend away with other Orcas gals. To make the experience rich for both new and seasoned boaters, we’ll start with a casual gathering to answer questions, check out the chart and mooring options and plan an afternoon for those who want to practice getting away and back to the dock with their crew. Please don’t hesitate to call me with any ideas or questions. I look forward to being on the water with you all!
